“This time no noise from the gym facility so everything was ok. I tried to shut off the air conditioning at night however the control panel qas unresponsive. I had to switch off the electrical power of the room that is not so good if you need light at night. Bed linen could be improved. Restaurant on the top floor has a very limited number of available dishes. However the price is ok”

“施設は快適です。日本人の駐在員が多く住んでいるため、朝食のレストランは日本にいるみたいです。朝食にはご飯、味噌汁、納豆も用意されていました。外国人が多く住むエリアですが、レジデンス周辺はローカルも多く、人通りもまばらで、夜に出歩くのは少し不安があります。ハノイ市街よりは静かなのでゆっくりするには最適です。ハノイ市街には車で15〜20分は掛かります。”

“Arrival was convenient, although you can't access the elevator from the garage unless you already have a room key. The room was spacious and the view of Hanoi was gorgeous from the large windows in the room. Food options were convenient by foot from the location.the room was quite comfortable and clean but the building, in general, could use maintenance. Chipped paint on the walls and malfunctioning buttons for the elevator were small annoyances. The staff was top notch. ”

“The property is very clean, and two-bedroom apartment we stayed in was very spacious. There’s a large living room and dining area, and a well equipped kitchen. The staff at the sonerset are second to none. Everyone is so nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.”

“It was nice staying there. Apartment was spacious, modern and well equiped. Manager Bruce and reception staff was very nice. House keeping was not good though. They didn’t clean room daily or when they did not properly. Overall it was a good experience.”

“فندق عائلي رائع للاقامة مدة طويلة نظيف و مريح العيب الوحيد فقط في الموقع بعيد عن المحلات السياحية و دخله الفندق شوي صعبة ونزله بتعاني مع التكاسي ينزلون للبوابة لتحميل الشنط او التنزيل الصور مطابقة للواقع اطلالة المطعم روعة بالغروب الدور الثامن ”

“○スタッフ受付やレストランのスタッフ、ドアマン、スタッフ全てが優しかったです。 ○朝食は人20万ドンほどでつけられます。フォーは毎朝ありました。パンやフルーツ、ヨーグルト、卵料理などベトナムを感じられるものが豊富で朝食を付けてよかったです。 ○キッズルームあると記載(写真)がありましたが、倉庫になっていてありませんでした。写真にあるプール横の遊具もありませんでした。ただ、スタッフが子どもに大変優しくタクシーの乗り降りも手伝ってくれます。子連れで安心して滞在できるホテルでした。”

“Great property if you enjoy the peace and quiet away from old quarter. The rooms are much more spacious and has more than enough room for luggage to be opened up. Loved how accommodating the staff were, as even though I was nearly 3 hours late to check in at around 11:30pm, I was still able to get my room. Honestly feared the place was going to be locked at this time like many other hotels in old quarter, but the clerk was still there, waiting for my check in. Really appreciate the support! ”

“Quite new structure in West lake area with confortable and silent room. I stay in a deluxe apartment fully equipped with all comfort and high quality appliances. Aside for a little misunderstanding the hotel provide me a great service and I have to thanks all the staff for their kindness and professionality. Recommended ”
