“Decided to stay here for my second half of my stay in Hanoi. The location is by the lake and is a great spot if you looking for somewhere quiet. The room had a super nice design and provides all the basic needs. Communication with the host was mainly through WhatsApp which made things very easy if you had any questions or request.”

“The appartment is old and dated. Not much in the room for amenity and the mattresses for both room were so hard like concrete The washing machine kind of work but dryer didn't When we asked for more towels and blanks, pillows we got question alot before they delivered the items which we feel not fair Overall it is Ok experience for it and we don't think we will come back The receptionists are always on the phone and not very helpful”
