“New rooms! Very nice but could use a splash of color! Otherwise I’d totally stay here again”

“I could tell that the owners care about the property! The room was renovated with comfortable beds and well-maintained grounds. Breakfast items were abundant and diverse, the best complimentary breakfast that I've had in a long time! Would definitely stay again, what a great deal!”

“Walking in we were greeted by the sweetest lady named PAT - She helped us get in our room early so we could go see our children perform at LSSU! Not only this but when the kids were done performing they opened the conference room for the kids to be able to eat a late late dinner together! Thank for you hosting our children and Us!”

“We stayedc2 nights while visiting the area. Room was clean and very comfortable.”

“First visual impression was poor. Security lock didn't work. Bathroom is tiny, claustrophobic. If you leave the bathroom door open while showering, it triggers the smoke detector. Breakfast - coffee was terrible, hot water for tea or oatmeal wasn't hot. Toaster VERY slow Had to go looking for butter.”

“Room was clean. Pool needed resurfaced which was planned otherwise clean. The door to get into the pool is a pain at best. You’ll need a tutorial. The staff member however was uptight and less than helpful.”

“The window in my room had blinds built into the glass, but none of them worked and there were no other blinds to compensate. The first night I was there the light over the bathroom sink did not work, though it was fixed the next night and nothing was said. The coffee for the breakfast bar/lobby was absolutely the worst. I don't think it was really coffee. The second day the coffee urn put out hot slightly brown water. I didn't even try to taste it. Food items would run out and no one...

“No dresser. No luggage rack. No coat hangers. No coat hanger rail. Faulty smoke detector that chirped until we took it down (replacing the 9V battery did nothing). No latch for door. Door was beat up like there had been a forced entry. This place is scary. Never again. Too many other options in Sault St.Marie.”

“Check in was quick. Got the king hot tub room. Lots of pillows which was great. Tub worked but took a couple tries to get enough hot water to run it. Hotel very run down looking on inside… exterior doors were never locked at night.”
