“Room was nice, clean, and looks just like the pictures. Parking was gated and free. The breakfast menu could use more variety ”

“The room they gave me had mold and wouldn’t change the room the girl that was in the service desk was rude. The towels from the resteoom seemed used they had dirt stains. I ended up leaving because of all the issues i was having I tried contacting the manager but had bo luch the person in the phone just kept repeating the word "oh" over and over again and then said the manager will reach out to me and nothing. I called back again but it seemed like my number was blocked because the call would...
