“Arriving at 9:00pm after an intercontinental flight I could not get my booked room. My credit card, perfectly working, was denied by the system. The only support received by the personnel was letting me try and try again. Cash not accepted. I had to change hotel, and the card magically worked.”

“I had a great stay and can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Everything was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made the stay easy and stress-free. I especially want to call out the valet team. “This is the second time we’ve stayed at the verb. We really do love the mid-century design mixed with the music decor. The outdoor pool is perfect, especially in the winter. The record players & albums really add something extra. Nice staff. Excellent breakfast included. The location is great for a game or tour of Fenway (a must!). 2 small suggestions- 1) ask for a 2nd floor room & pay for the pool view (we had it our first stay), we were first floor, with a widows that looked at the ramp to the...
