“First of all the amenities were NOT what we expected. I was told we would have a balcony which they did not provide, also the pictures showed, and if I was not mistaken, they served breakfast which they said it was only for events, so we did not get breakfast. “The room was not like advertised. It was older, not as “fresh” as the pictures. There was no tv for the remote. I was going to call the front desk to let them know but when I picked up the phone, it wasn’t even plugged in to anything. A few of the outlets didn’t work. The sink was slow draining. The front of the fridge was dirty. But the room was mostly clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The lobby was clean. ”

“The bathroom was infested with ants! We had our toothbrushes on the counter and woke up to ants all around them, on them, the trail. I have pictures and videos I will share with the property manager. Also, the staff did nothing when we told them about the ants. The floors were dirty. Definitely do NOT recommend staying here!”

“Our room was very clean. Decor is mountain cabin rustic. Bathroom was very modern. One problem. Our room had a window on the door and the outside lights were too bright for sleeping. We had to cover the window with a towel. To that effect, I will say that the outside area is very well lit and we felt secure. The grounds were a bit dirty.
