Hotel con servizio concierge a Kings Cross St. Pancras

“Unfortunately this is not a 3stars hotel. I found the room cold with open window (it’s November), crappy floor and walls, the hair dryer was so ruined that I was not sure it was safe, very dirty windows, rusty shower, deformed mattress, holes in the bed textiles. Maybe this is the average in London, but I hoped for something better for the price I afforded”
