“The room was nice and clean. Very noisy throughout the night tho, e.g banging of doors and when somebody flushed their toilet in the next room you thought a tsunami was about to happen! Regarding the bar menu I ordered a lasagne with chips and salad, very average, didn’t enjoy. Nice bar area tho with a big tv playing the football. ”

I was bitten in multiple places throughout my stay. This is completely unacceptable. “Very dirty bathroom, beds had miss match bedding & pillow cases on. No banister on the stairs, holes in the wall, lights not working, wardrobes were broken. Used the beds to sleep and left very early on to go grab showers elsewhere before starting our day ”

“It has the sleeping in your mom's basement vibe. Location is excellent with stores, restaurants, pubs and University energy. Easy and safe walk to train stations and bus stops. Easy for ride shares to locate you. Staff is offsite but very responsive; they fixed issues within a day. I think they were the most attentive of any of my UK stays.
