“A classic bed and breakfast accommodation. Room was spacious and well presented with a large comfortable bed. The bar was very traditional and the restaurant very comfortable with an extensive menu. Evening meal and the breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The whole stay was an enjoyable experience.”

Everyone we interacted with was keen to know if we were happy and seemed genuinely pleased when we said we were. “The accommodation was great, with a separate living/kitchenette area, It was well equipped and comfortable. The garden was also lovely. The only negative was loud knocking sounds from the plumbing in the neighbouring room which seemed to happen whenever the occupant used any water but hopefully this may be easily remedied. The location suited my travel needs and was a good place to stay - thanks.”
