Hotel vicino a Kinsmen Leisure Centre - Edmonton

“I booked this overnight in Edmonton (travelling through from YYC to northern AB). Expedia reviews gave it an 8.4 rating, and the price was lower than normal, so I booked it. My husband (when adding the hotel into Maps for the drive) was startled: "You booked us in a 2 Star??!!" Me: I did??!! *looks at property again on Expedia* "Shoot! I guess I did!!" Now we're both a little worried. Well, let me tell you - this hotel is a little gem if you're just passing through and need a place to sleep....

“I will never stay at best western again and i personally hope you are removed from expedia so ppl cannot use visa debits and book to just be told they cannot and be treated as a second class citizen. ”

“$75.00 pet fee for one night. Don’t stay at this hotel chain unless you want to get ripped off. ”

“Accomodating staff”

“Beds were comfy and room was clean and spacious. Breakfast could have been a bit more selection but overall very good”

“This property is super dated, to the point it just doesn’t « feel » clean. Bed was extremely firm with thick, unyielding pillows. Everything just felt cheap - left only one regular coffee pod (in a room for four), cheap toiletries that appeared to have already been used by someone else. I generally don’t bother sharing these types of reviews, but this was notably bad enough that I’m taking the time to warn others.”

“The carpet was so gross in our room, and nothing was done to rectify this. We also had no towels in our room. ”

“Just don't forget that breakfast isn't until 930am monday-thursday, amazing tub. Good time. ”

“Old pictures posted on Expedia. Poor condition hotel with cigarettes spewed all over parking lot, transient people lingering, and stains on sheets. ”

“The building is not well kept, its old , dirty , our couch had stains on it , the hallway to the very small sketchy elevator smelled like cigarettes. The staff was ok , bed was comfy , would not stay here again”

“It was a great other than the 3 AM fire alarm that we had to evacuate the hotel to”
