“Very few positive aspects. Out of the three front desk clerks, two of them were polite and helpful. Mattress was ok. Cleanliness of room was acceptable. Breakfast items were edible. Coffee was good. The location in Zionsville was convenient. Negative aspects include an extraordinarily surly, aggressive and unhelpful front desk clerk immediately upon arrival, very loud guests in the hallway at midnight hours for a long period of time, broken elevator trapped guests and required loud emergency...

“Check-in staff very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Great for a brief stay if you are not looking for extras. Pros: clean sheets, comfortable bed, clean floor, decent bathroom, nice to have soap dispenser at sink. Cons: unappealing curbside, lobby and hallways smell like old cigarette smoke (room did not), no where to set your luggage, low quality shower head, air conditioner very noisy/loud. Plan on getting morning coffee elsewhere, not available at hotel. Was very pleased for one...

“Room 225. Very dirt room and bathroom. No towels or new toilet paper. Hair and pee on floor and bathroom door. Breakfast was awful. No drinks for kids only coffee. 2 cereals and waffles is not a breakfast.”

“The parking lot is really torn up upon arrival. Lobby was clean and staff was fairly friendly upon checking in. Pool area was fun for the kids with toys and floaties available for them to use. Pool towels were not stocked in the pool area, so it was slightly in convenient having to hunt them down (after being told they should be in the cabinet in the pool area). The worst part was our room smelled like dirty, wet dog! It smelled so bad and hit you in the face every time we came back to the room....
