“Bright and clean. Loved the location. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Super quick assistance for any questions. Had an issue with the heating system and it was addressed super quick and we were given a new room within minutes. Amazing customer service. No complaints at all. ”

“I have stayed in a lot of hotels as a retired travel agent. This hotel is near the top for a great place to stay. Very clean, all staff I was in contact with was pleasant. Room was very comfortable. I come up to Kitchener at least twice a year for family and would definitely stay here again. My only comment would be for better signage when entering the parking lot as I am sure I am not the only one who had to go into the Doubletree to find out how to get to the hotel.”
