“I didn’t really get to use all the amenities. Breakfast was great STAFF they all need a round of applause to be honest. From front desk to the maintenance guy I met in the elevator all professional all friendly. Thank you for everything.”

“There was a prostitute in the hotel room next to me. Men coming to the room every 20 minutes. As a business woman travelling alone it was very unsettling. I did call to complain, they tried to resolve the situation but after the issue continued I requested to move rooms at 11pm. I was appreciative of them being able to accommodate me in a different room.”

“The property itself is amazing! The downside is everything is digital. When I pulled up to the property, I had not received any communication explaining how things worked. Once the communication came, it became clearer although I had to call support to understand how the key worked. That was a shame because everything else was amazing!”
