“Perfect location for visiting Carowinds! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Property was well maintained and clean. Definitely will stay here anytime we are visiting the area. ”

Was running late for work and breakfast had just finished, was grabbing a coffee on my way out and the lady cleaning up let me grab a couple grab quick snacks for the day before putting them away. And on check out she remember me and missing breakfast again offered a couple coffee cakes. Talk about going above and beyond. What a great staff. Will definitely be back”
“Although the outside looks less than desirable, the room itself wasn’t bad and the beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Hallways had a stale smell, but the rooms did not. Wasn’t horrible, but wasn’t the best either. Staff was very friendly.”

“Nicest staff of any hotel we’ve stayed! There was a water main break in the area during our stay and the hotel had no water, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate everyone. The hotel is right across from Carowinds, super convenient. The hotel is dated, but very clean. We will definitely stay here in the future. ”
