“Make sure the desk furniture isnt so dusty and the inside of commode ring is clean”

“I like the location and the clerk. The bathroom was not as appealing as we would have liked. There was mold at the bottom of the shower curtain. The bathtub had stains. There was no hot items for breakfast. But it was quiet, the lining and pillows were clean. The room smelled clean.”

“The room was class, I liked the fact that the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & hand soap were in a container and all you had to do was push in the dispenser to dispense the soaps out.”

“This is a basic hotel/motel which is dated and quite old. We stayed because of its proximity to the I-75 and because it’s pet friendly. Cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom, really needs to be improved. Staff were helpful, but were run off of their feet. Breakfast was surprisingly good, given the price of the room. No eggs, but Belgian waffles, etc. Area was relatively safe. Restaurants were nearby, but we drove to a mall about 2 miles away as there were many more choices. Parking...

“Parking was fine, staff was amazing, but room was dirty, nails sticking out of floor. For a bed and tiolet it was fine for the price. ”

“The property was run down. Even the sign in front was hard to see because of the condition. Dogs were barking in the halls at night.”

“The room looked nothing like the picture advertised. There were stains on the bedding, curtains, floor and ceiling. The door didn't meet so you could see outside. The curtains had holes in them. The shower spigot wasnt connected to the shower wall so the pipe was exposed. Hairdryer had electrical tape on the cord.”

“Even though they wouldn’t refund me, we did not stay. People loitering outside rooms Funky smell the made me cough & burned eyes Sketchy bed in bad condition Beat up furniture Condom packs in parking lot Sign that said park at your own risk Only positive comment is the desk clerk was nice. ”

“The on-site restaurant food is not ideal. I would go elsewhere for meals.”

“The breakfast was excellent, and there was a nice, spacious seating area. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The only problem I had was the shower pressure was low and the water was lukewarm at best. If you love a hot shower with good water pressure at a hotel, this will be a disappointment.”

“Bed covering was stained. Towels was old and also they looked dirty. With both towels and bed spread I don’t know how housekeepers could miss those!”

“This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. ”

“Great customer service. The room itself was nice, except it appeared that my shower could have use a little attention around the edges and where the soap goes. Other than that the room was well kept. The only other issue I had was with the hall floor on the 4th floor needs to be cleaned as it was stained throughout. Everything else was fine as microwaves for each room should come soon.”
