Hotel a Knoxville

“Standard al di sotto del brand “La Quinta”. Camera con alcuni componenti consumati e pulizia inesistente di alcune parti. Ho fatto presente queste cose alla reception: risultato…non e’ cambiato nulla. Colazione scarsa; normalmente si trovano sempre caffè’ acqua a disposizione in reception. Qui c’è una macchinetta del caffè mal funzionante, niente acqua, assenza di attenzioni al cliente. Non ci torno.”

“Properly grounds and staff were beautiful. The only issue was the hot water it took a long time to get hot and it didn’t get very hot. The towels and bed linen were soft and comfortable for showering and sleeping. I was in a suite and I would stay again in that exact same room,”

“The staff were really helpful and kind. The room was mostly clean, not perfect but for the price and location it was decent. It felt safe and mostly quiet besides normal hotel noises. I would stay here again.”

“Michael was a great help, I guess the room key creator was not working. Michael walked us up to the room, then when the system came back up, he brought us our room keys. This room was on the 6th floor. Thank you again Michael! Excellent service!”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful and very helpful when asking questions about things to do in the area. The only issue we had was a previous guest had left a sock that got shoved in the couch. Otherwise the room and pool were very clean.”
