“This was the only bad experience in this wonderful country, that is Thailand. I arrive at 14.30 at the hotel, i booked specifically this one for Splash (water park) , the problem was that from 15.30 to 17.15 i was waiting my luggage in the room. I call them several times, to have it in time to go to splash for mi kids. Result: splash closed at 17.30, and my kids crying realized that they could not have access. They also stopped my room telephone to avoid my complains. Another particular to say...

“My family of five enjoyed the Grand Suite with Pool Access. Had 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with room for all. Was a short walk to the beach. Pools were nice and had service to the pool area. Gym was great. Breakfast was included and the buffet had plenty of options. Great value.”
