“Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel, trouwens in heel het stadje Kimberly is iedereen heel vriendelijk. Een hele mooie luxe kamer met leuke details, niet een standaard kamer. Er was een pantry met een gemeenschappelijke koelkast waar iedereen zijn eigen spullen met naam in kon leggen. Daarnaast was er een koelkastje waar je flesjes water en pakjes sap uit mocht pakken, er was koffie en er stonden heerlijke koekjes. “Spent a lot to stay at this resort. They were still cleaning my room at 3:45pm When check-in is 4. Got the room, power went out for the entire resort around 9pm. There was limited updates, still no power the next morning. Told they had no idea when power would be back. Everything was closed and shut down. We decided to play it safe and tried to check out a day early and head home. The front desk told us we would get a refund for that night and would put a note on file. Found out power wasn’t...

“Everyone should know that this resort does not have back up power, so make sure you bring batteries if you have something you need to use like a CPAP machine. Also if the power goes out you’re down to cell coverage which is terrible Rooms are okay and the hot springs are amazing”
