“Jesse was working the day of our arrival. He called to let me know the storm had taken out the power. Told us not to rush. When we arrived the power was still out but we had backup fobs to get into the room. It was clean and well laid out. Power came back on and all was great. Beautiful property. I would say Jesse went above regular customer service to make sure we were okay and happy. ”

“We had a great stay here! Even though the cold pool and waterslides were closed they still had the warm pool and the hot tubs working and our 2 year old had a blast splashing around! Beautiful property and it wasn't too crazy busy which we enjoyed. Overall we had a lovely stay!”

“Great spot! Lots to do at the resort plus Toby Creek Adventures, Kootenay River Runners and Radium hot springs all super close by. We had a jam packed long weekend of atving, white water rafting, hot springs at night, chilling at the resort pool and going down the water slides and the pipe coaster. Lots of hikes on the resort and surrounding it. The restaurants were great and the staff know their stuff. The price for staying was amazing as well!10/10 recommend :)”
