“We heeded all the warnings - if noisy night life might bother you, request a "quieter" room - so we did. We got an excellent room on the top floor, very spacious. All the staff we dealt with where friendly & helpful. We had 2 dinners, one in the more casual restaurant, one in the more formal library - the food was all excellent. The lamb was perfect, as was "Jose's Halibut" - very imaginative plate, everything worked! Excellent value as accommodation and for dining!”

“ Very unique property. Very private. The common area on the third floor was awesome. Abby was extremely helpful and went far above expected showing us around the hotel and helping with dining options. She is a very special lady. My wife and I greatly appreciated her warmth and genuine nature. ”

“Although this little place is ground level and downtown, it was quiet and private. We were just steps from everything and with easy close parking. It was clean and had everything we needed. The host even tipped us off to local events I would not have known about. Saturday market at Cottonwood Falls Park was so fun. ”
