“Great staff great location. Nevertheless the room was noisy, even if I had a room facing the less busy street. ”

“Camere non pulitissime, armadio praticamente inesistente, bagno senza mensole di appoggio, i canali tv spesso non si vedevano. La ragazza del check out molto maleducata e scocciata! Il personale del bar per la colazione molto disponibili e gentilissimi! La hall pulita e profumata. ”

“we stayed in this hotel for 6 nights, excellent location in Midtown with nearby metro and area attractions. Courteous staff, excellent cleanliness, very appreciated the aperitif from 17:00 to 20:00 with wine, cheese, vegetables, dried fruit. Water and tea were available at any time. Very particular to find books everywhere, each floor and each room have a specific theme with books on the specific topic.”

“It is a small hotel, room are ok ”

“Struttura eccellente. Ottima posizione, alto livello di pulizia camera e spazi comuni, gentilezza di tutto il personale dell’hotel (Arlette stupenda persona, professionale ed estremamente gentile), ottimi servizi come colazione sulla terrazza aperta solo agli ospiti dell’hotel, palestra, spa e lavatrici/asciugatrici self service. Non vedo l’ora di ritornarci.”

“Albergo moderno in ottima posizione, personale gentile, nel complesso un ottimo posto dove tornerei. Alcune piccole cose potrebbero essere migliorate: assente servizio in camera, pulizie a volte superficiali, asciugamani insufficienti, filo del phon cortissimo, splitter rumoroso se mandato al massimo.”

“Le'ts start saying it is not really a 5-star hotel but the communal areas are nice (especially the rooftop seating and pool) and the staff is very friendly (and helpful). On the other hand the rooms are quite outdated (at least mine, on the 11th floor) and there is always some dust smell (probably the carpet). However, what I found almost autrageous was the breakfast (for those like me who opted for the B&B option). They give you breakfast vouchers stating that an American Breakfast is included...

“Personale disponibile, professionale e cordiale. Le camere sono minimal e veramente piccole, ma credo sia lo standard a NY. La posizione è perfetta per visitare Manhattan. Anche se non indicato la mattina ci sono mele, brioches e caffè.”
