Where they fall short is their technology and engineering kinks need to be worked out, and the restaurant, in room dining food was ok at best, sometimes terrible but two great items were the salad with green goddess dressing and the chia pudding with passion fruit and pears! They try too hard, too fancy doesn't mean great taste. Also, for this price, it should be organic!! The room key didn't work (more than 3x to set this up right, engineering...

We had a beautiful two room suite on the third floor complete with all the amenities one would need. Highly recommend the quaint, boutique hotel for your get-away to San Antonio - you won't find a better location.”

“Bella struttura d'epoca lungo il River Walk, in posizione centralissima per raggiungere a piedi tutta Downtown. Buona colazione, e apprezzatissimo l'ottimo happy hour complimentary dalle 5.30 alle 7 pm, che fa da cena. Comodissimo il parcheggio coperto dell'hotel, con accesso direttamente alla hall ed ai piani.”

“Great place to stay, but dont take the valet parking here, there are too expensive and they did extra charge from my card silently and i figured out and got my money back, apart from that the hotel is great !”

“Hotel is in a great location. Close enuf to walk down the riverwalk and far enuf to avoid the chaos of the nightlife. Booking our vacation through a third party there was confusion finding our reservations. Thankfully we checked ahead of time and the confusion was remedied. But upon arrival there was still confusion as to whether I still owed money or not. Had to show proof of the reservation made by the manager that got cleared up. Also, I used a cc for incidentals and was asked for a PIN? Not...

“Lovely hotel, nice character and well updated. Did not care for the street noise from honking on the street until late (spurs game win but apparently this is also common in this area). Noise canceling earbuds helped”
