“The pictures online are a clear case of false advertising. I was scared to get out of my car. Stray cats and dogs hanging around along with the animals that some of the “residents” were hoarding (even though there were signs posted stating no animals allowed) The people hanging outside looked like they were in need of assistance in many ways.
