“Property is clean, friendly staff, free breakfast is available, if you prefer more options, the hotel is right next to an IHOP, the place is bigger than it seems, will definitely come back, situated in a quiet area, close to Tobyhanna State Park for outdoor enthusiasts ”

“Un gioiello nel mezzo del nulla !!! Scendendo in macchina da Toronto verso New York abbiamo voluto fare una tappa defaticante ed abbiamo scelto al volo il primo hotel consigliato da Expedia nella zona in cui eravamo (Scranton). Siamo rimasti felicissimi per la qualità di questo hotel. Camere spaziose e pulite, bagno grande e comodo. Qualità del sonno eccellente. L'Hotel dispone di ristorante interno (ottimo) e di una piscina e vasca idromassaggio separata aperte al pubblico fino alle 22.00 !!!!...

“The smell in the hotel was terrible, the pool was not in service and they didn't tell us before we arrived. They give you a 15 minute window to tell them you don't want to stay and did NOT tell us the pool wasn't open. They sent us to a room that was at the other end of the building so we went over our 15 minutes and after 30 minutes demanded a refund. They would not let us talk to a manager and would only refund us one day stay. They also took 100.00 when we checked in for what I don't remember...

In my travel life I have never found such a nasty dirty and stinky structure, even the breakfast was obscene. I will never go back there anymore.”

“The staff was very nice. But unfortunately my stay was not ideal. I checked out early bc the shower smelled like rotten eggs. Additionally, I found fair in my sheets.”

“Wonderful staff who went above and beyond to accommodate some potentially challenging circumstances, super friendly, cute and clean rooms, recommend the spa rooms, just cover the hot tubs back up when not in use or it can feel a little humid. Excellent place to stay ”

“Everything was nice. It was very clean and they even did a cute towel set up for my daughter’s birthday last minute before we arrived. The pool and hot tub were clean and not crowded. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast buffet was always fresh and delicious. They are doing some renovations and it looks very nice. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Would have enjoyed another hot item on the breakfast. Waffle machine or Biscuts & gravey? They had a quiche one day which I unfortunately missed. Pool was cloudy & no bubbles in the hot tub which was the main reason we chose this hotel. We do not mind reusing our towels, but with several people using the room, we needed more places to hang the towels to dry.”

“The staff were not helpful at all with my situation I had a horrible experience with my stay with my room the room was filthy a lot of dust broken outlet clogged bathroom sink carpet dirty manager still has ignored my request to speak to him the halls is dirty trash all over inside the hotel”

“Everyone here was nice and accommodating, but the beds were very uncomfortable. I left with a sore back. Oh well. You get what you pay for I guess.”

“This property was great! We are already talking about going back during the summer. The highlight of our trip was the lake beach. Our kids enjoyed it, as we were lucky to have very nice weather in April. They got to play in the shallow end! The property itself is very clean, modern, and cozy. The property owner was very responsive leading up to our trip and during our stay! We had a great, relaxing getaway and didn’t want to leave. We hope to return soon! ”

“There was no soap or an iron or even a closet in the room and a huge window as the front wall with a curtain that just makes it to cover the window so nobody can see inside. When I say it was good enough to just simply have a place to sleep, shower, get up and go... That's it and all you should expect.”
