“The front desk was amazing!! We started out in a fantastic room but unfortunately due to some disturbances next to us, the hotel moved us at 11pm our first night. They tried to solve the issue first but had us moved within 15 minutes. We truly appreciated their help and level of customer service. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend them to people.”

“I always pick these type of hotels AKA Holiday Inn Expresses because of their continental breakfast being so phenomenal! This one also had a pool and hot tub which I did not get to use this visit but it was in full operation. The staff was excellent and accommodating me in any of the amenities that I needed through my stay!! I also the location was very easy to get to in comparison to the places I was going to be visiting on this trip. If I could rate this any higher than a five star I would do...

“Breakfast was really great. Lots of options and well stocked. And I am picky!!!! Clean rooms and friendly staff. Weekly rate is great. Weekend rates are a little more spendy. That could be better. But all the hotels in this area are the same ”

“No conditioner in shower but did have 2 shampoos. Water in bathroom sink slow and small stream. Cook top burners not together. Otherwise, beds and room was very comfortable. ”

“GROSS pool and hot tub. There was very visible algae along the pool floor and hot tub sides. Dirty pool deck. Booked a king room with sleeper sofa. Room was very large. There was sadly hair on a bed pillow and clump on the bathroom floor. No shampoo in dispenser. Staff were friendly and there was ample parking. In spite of this, would NOT recommend.”

“The facility is just not nice enough to think they can change $350 just because there close to Baxter Arena. They advertise a pool table and when you get there the green on the table is completely worn and every single cue stick was crack and taped up except one and that one had no tip on it. That amenity is why we chose there and then it was unusable. Definitely the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. You could here everything above you. Even the vacuum being ran at 8 am on a Sat. “Newly refurbished and clean. Breakfast was simple but adequate. We had a few maintenance issues but the staff addressed them.”

“We specifically got a room for the night for the hot tub and pool for us and the kids but we just had to stay in the room because the capacity of the pool was Insane! We will not be returning to this specific place our next stay in Omaha ”
