“The staff was kind and helpful. The check in staff was one person training another and also working the bar and cafe. She was pleasant and friendly the whole time. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not! We were essentially just laying on the bed with no pillows because there was nothing to them. No support. The shower did not drain while showering. The hotel is close to a ton of amenities. ”

“The Goodwin is a shell of its former self. Bar is not open on Sundays or Mondays, breakfast was worse than a Comfort Inn. Zero amenities. The Valet staff was wonderful. The rest of the staff was next to useless. Asked for 1 hour late check out and was just summarily told no.”

“Ho trascorso una settimana a cavallo di Capodanno perchè un mio amico americano abita nei paraggi. L'albergo è in una zona tranquillissima, non certo turistica in sè, non lontana dalla capitale Hartford, ma comunque, come la maggior parte degli Stati Uniti, non è facile girare senza un mezzo di trasporto. Se si ha bisogno di un albergo come punto d'appoggio per poi girare per il Connecticut, è semplicemente ottimo.”

“Might be the nicest super 8 ive ever stayed in. For the price point, nothing to complain about. Late checkout was cheap & accommodating, AC worked, no bugs, close to food & convenience store. What more can you ask for from a motel.”

“First off, when you drive up to the place you can't even tell it's a hotel. It looks like an abandoned parking lot and site. There are no signs stating it's a Ramada on the building. When you walk in, the lobby is empty, no artwork, no clean carpets or seating just empty space. Then further down you see a seating area with a super dirty brown couch and an even dirtier beige carpet that is stained. The snacks area has barely any snacks to buy, the breakfast is HORRIBLE and cheap to say the least,...

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. WiFi was iffy to connect at times. It was not password protected. The room kitchen was nice. Dishes, pots and pans on request at front desk. There was an elevator. Good parking. Easy on-off I-84. Coffee bar in am.”
