The supplies are okay in the kitchen, and we were able to manage. The coffee shop next door is excellent quality. It was a peaceful and private environment. The building and the grounds are beautifully up-kept. The design of the room is a little awkward with the shower in the middle of the living space, but that’s the only thing. “The only negative thing we could comment on is that the underground parking space was not easy to locate and, when we did find it, there was NO WAY that we were going to fit our SUV in that space and be able to get out of the vehicle (!!)even though the car next to us was parked well within the lines. We ended up finding parking on the road outside so it was no big deal for us.”

“I stayed over the weekend with my mom and my aunt visiting from Sweden. You do not want to have a family visiting Alberta, leaving the province without showing the treasure of Banff. Very clean and comfortable stay. Kitchen has everything you need and it is wheelchair accessible except for the bathroom. It is not inexpensive but worth it, especially when traveling with family.”
