“Room wasn't all that clean, pool closed, when showering water smelt, shower handles broken, hard to turn on and off water, you burned yourself, one staff incredibly rude about my kids getting waters for all of us i paid for 3 nights there was four of us 1 water per person so i wasnt able to get a water ...they were getting it for me and my other child. “This is a lovely property with many extras. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite which had a small kitchenette and a murphy bed in the expansive common area - grandson opted to sleep on the leather sofa. Bed in bedroom was super comfy. Our view was spectacular. We could see 5 mountains! Hot tub was nice and toasty. The jar of marshmallows for fire pit was a nice touch.”
