“Great room overlooking the marina. Very quiet, clean. Great access to the beach. Parking underground was a premium, but not an issue.”

“Avalon Motel was clean and well located near the town center. I would go back again. One note was we were not informed of the water advisory which to my understanding has been in place numerous years.”

“It was nice to have the views of the lake. Wehave a 2 bdrm pet friendly suite. The place is dated. Beds were comfortable. I felt it was expensive for the dated spaces personally. If that doesn't matterto you it does the job. When we arrived there was no on available to check. After calling a number 3 times and asking other guests. Someone came to help us. I won't be staying there again.”

“Affordable option for a family stay on the beach. No restaurant onsite but the suite has a full kitchen if you want to buy groceries and make meals yourself. We stayed in the 2 bedroom condo and only one room had A/C which was challenging. The rooms were very quiet and the swim area was shallow. Overall a great spot to enjoy the beach and lake with kids.”

“Every business should be responsible of what they state on booking platform such as hotels.com (expedia). If you declare that the room has kitchen ware, cutlery, refrigeration then I'll have to find it and not been asked to pay $35 to upgrade to a room which has it.”
