“The room was clean, beds were comfy, and staff were welcoming. Unfortunately for us there was a wedding booked for the evening and party goers went well into the early morning hours ending in shouting matches and extensive profanity 🙁 made for a bit of a restless night.”

“Every business should be responsible of what they state on booking platform such as hotels.com (expedia). If you declare that the room has kitchen ware, cutlery, refrigeration then I'll have to find it and not been asked to pay $35 to upgrade to a room which has it.”
