“We are always staying at resorts this was our first time at this one. Very clean rooms housekeeping staff not to friendly it’s ok no security in the front entrance 3 fights one physical and people parking in front of the entrance while checking in not letting anyone move there cars because they were blocked and fights and arguments began as we waited in our vehicle while husbands were checking in. “Everything was great. The room was clean. The breakfast was great, but the shuttle service definitely needs an upgrade. Had to wait an hour for my shuttle to arrive and the airport. The bus didn’t even have “Hilton” labeled on the bus which is very confusing. The next morning the shuttle was planned for 10:35am but it was still late. I believe the shuttle service needs to be revised. Overall a good experience. ”
