“The morning we left, while sitting in the room enjoying coffee, I hear a clicking sound and look over to where the coffee maker was plugged in…to see black SMOKE coming from the outlet. I unplugged it, and then a FLAME shot out of the outlet. I went down to inform the front desk and I was BRUSHED ASIDE like no big deal! I beg to differ! That could have been a DISASTROUS situation if I had been sitting outside on the balcony and didn’t unplug the coffee maker!!!! The TV also was not working...

“We checked in early and the person helping us was so helpful and very nice. The resort smelled nice and was very clean in the lobby. We went to our room and it was updated and very nice and spacious. We had a balcony room and it overlooked the pool area. We enjoyed the pool and had drinks and lunch by the pool. The food and drinks were really good and they serve very big portions. My major complaint was the amount of people that were smoking weed!!! We smelled it several times while trying to...
