“The moment you walked into this Hotel, you felt welcome. The greeting was warm and the entrance was clean and very presentable. I was allowed to check in a tad early; wonderful. Parking was quick & easy. The hallway & room were well unkept, clean, & presentable with minimal marks & dings on walls, baseboards, & furniture. “The location was clean and they were attentive to my needs when my room needed tidying and freshened up during my 9 night stay. Everyone was nice. The place was also quiet. ”

“Our room was not clean. Someone else’s hair on the pillow. Dirty floor, made your bare feet brown. Soap scum on sink which could have been wiped off but wasn’t. We had three rooms here with family and all thought it was dirty.”
