“This time no noise from the gym facility so everything was ok. I tried to shut off the air conditioning at night however the control panel qas unresponsive. I had to switch off the electrical power of the room that is not so good if you need light at night. Bed linen could be improved. Restaurant on the top floor has a very limited number of available dishes. However the price is ok”

“The place was very dirty. Layer of dust everywhere, rice cooking uncleaned, mirror had stains on it, mold in the ceiling of the washroom and the toilet bowl was barely holding on. The room itself is beautiful the build is great and the garden view is nice so it’s a shame they didn’t bother cleaning or hire someone better for cleaning. ”

“Great location close to west lake, wonderful way to stay im Hanoi. We felt close to the life of the city, all the amenities and not in the middle of the tourism chaos of the french quarter. Apartment was perfect and clean, lots of space. The security man was very sweet and helpful and always around to say hi ”

“Good rooms in a convenient location. Many international food options nearby. It was nice having a fridge and washing machine in my room. WiFi was spotty at times and the power did go out during my stay for over an hour. Not super soundproof but there are only a couple of rooms on each floor so it’s not a huge deal”
