“Location, cleanliness, facilities, check-in process - everything was very good.”

“Photos are far from reality. The apartment was dirty at the check in. we found stains and a lot of hairs in the bedsheets. Unfortunatòy was late night so we decide to stay even if the cleaning confition was not acceptables. The ower said it’s laundrie’s fault not his fault (????) at the end he compesate us with a free brekfast. Igiene is not negoziable.”

“Good overall. Would be 5 stars if bed wasn't so small (1.20m queen size is on the extreme low end of western culture)”

“We stayed 3 nights. I found the incessant messaging about check in and deposit (over and over even when it was completed) cumbersome. However, once in the apartment it was lovely in a fantastic location with a great view. 2 bed 2 bath. Our only issue is the inability to make the ac cool the common areas and upstairs bedroom. Those got very warm at night and the remote would not lower the temp or increase the fan speed. ”
