I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and to Hyatt Corporate as well as Expedia who also refused to refund us despite having to leave the hotel and get another one . Worst experience to date and I travel in weekly basics ”

“The phone did not work. Clerk did not offer me another room, he just said he’d have it repaired in the morning. I said that won’t help me tonight. No reply. I asked the evening clerk for late check-out the next morning. I said I’d like 1pm, he said fine. The next morning on the way to the breakfast buffet (which was delicious!) I decided to confirm the late checkout. The morning clerk said there was no late checkout noted. He gave it to me. He did not apologize. I never had any problems...

“I enjoyed my stay at this Delta facility. The room was clean, and the on-site restaurant had good food and good service. I also liked the layout and size of the room. I was on the first floor and from my room I could walk out to a small patio area, however there did not seem to be a way to secure the sliding door had I wanted to sit at the table a few feet down from my room, so I did not use the area. Other than that, I thought the facility was near perfect, and I will probably visit other...
