“Check-in was easy. They sent a text with ur room # and door code. Got to the resort and parked and unloaded…. No issues. The room was spotless. While this is an older facility ( (50’s ?? ) which has been renovated it served our purposes well. Full marks !!!”

“Good location, view but the building is old, hitting system is loud and we couldn't turn it off.( becouse of the noise and drift) Also, parking not included in our stay and on the reception they didnt inform us. TV remote very complicated and I couldn't use it to turn off the TV,so I had to turn off manually. Pool was ok,hot tub was ok but switch didnt work to turn it on.”

“Every thing was good the only thing that made me nervous was i am a senor citizen (75) and a bit unsteady and when I showered there was no rubber mat to stop slipping and having a hand grip device would of made me way more comfortable and secure in the shower Other than that room was A OK”

“Had everything I needed as a solo traveller. It was super easy to book online. super easy to check in, great value and the room was comfortable and well equipped. And the staff were terrific. Recommended. ”

“Room and check in/out process was efficient, contactless and easy. The rooms are very simply updated and could use a proper renovation- stayed in town just to sleep and shower so it was fine for quick stays. Lovely location and beach access”

“Sufficient parking. Breakfast was cold. Staff was pleasant and room was clean. Jacuzzi tub is not a Jacuzzi tub, it is a bubble tub and cools the water down very quickly. The tub overfill drain is placed relatively low so you only get half a tub's worth of water. Bed was pretty hard”

“Love this place! Yes it’s dated but staff are excellent, great location, but best part is the indoor pickleball courts, also ball hockey area and great pool.”

“The lady that ran the place was super friendly and helpful. There were lots of pillows and towels and everything was in good working order.”

“Cons: Walls were very thin and could here people talking at normal volume thru the walls. Heater was broken and no one cleaned our room whole we were there. Had to ask the front desk for towels several times. Pros: Price, proximity to beach. ”

“It's a very old facility, in a rough part of Penticton. There are lots of fast food places all around, and it's close to the hospital. Rooms smell like hospital rooms. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, but it was very clean. Part of the Inn is rented out on a monthly basis. You get what you pay for, nothing else. ”
