“Nice hotel for the area. ”

“There was slight things could use some upkeep but for a super 8 I was not upset”

“Was not happy with our stay. Got there at 15:30 and the rooms weren’t cleaned yet. Check-in time was at 15:00. Told me it was because there was a late check-out. It was still unacceptable. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and the blinds were disgustingly dirty. They tried to cover up the smoke with a wall glade plugin. Just not happy at all. ”

“Room good as appeared recently renovated but few areas damaged by prior occupants such as tile at edge of bathroom door. Outside, neither vending machine worked and all washers / dryers out of order.”

“This property was advertised as having a full breakfast. Coffee, juice and cold cereal are not a full breakfast.”

“No iron in the room no drawers whatsoever. Clean. I was asleep and the front desk clerk called my room and asked that I come pay a bill for the restaurant next door because I left without paying. Never been there in my life. She allowed the waitress to look through the driver's license in file and they concluded it was me. When I went to the front desk the waitress instantly knew it wasn't me. My grow is why was a third party allowed to see my private information. That has to be against the law....

“I stayed for 3 nights and house keeping never came. When I asked at the front desk the lady told me they only come every few days when you stay for an extended time. At the very least house keeping can come take out the trash and restock the in room coffee. The room trash cans are so small you put one leftover container in the trash and it’s full. Breakfast had such a small selection and it was the same items every time. The staff was friendly though. ”

“We had to cut our trip short because the friends we were visiting became ill. Expedia refused to give us the refund, even though we checked out on time, stating that the hotel staff would not respond to their calls. The hotel staff informed me that Expedia would call and put them on hold then disconnect the call every time. Pretty shady. I am disappointed that we could not get any refund at all even though we bought the insurance.”

“My only recommendation is to replace some of the worn out chairs in the rooms. Ours was tattered fake leather, and not a fair representation for the rest of the hotel. ”
