“Didn’t do breakfast Room and staff very good”

“Tom and Joe were at Reception and were amazingly welcoming! I had just come off the train from NYC and was a few hours early for check-in. They accomodated me right away and I was able to drop my bags off and head out to explore. The room was very clean and fresh, the beds comfy and the bathrooms well appointed. Joy, the nightime desk person was very friendly and helpful. The Inn is within walking distance of the middle of town.”

“Best staff friendliness of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Every single employee feels like they're totally bought into the customer's experience. The food at Kensington's / Ascot's was some of the very best of the area. Hotel and amenities all extremely clean. Only cons are that many of the older doors in the rooms don't close flush and need rehanging, the ac power pass-throughs under the lamps are very flimsy and one of them didn't even work during my previous stay, and the showers while...
