“I chose this hotel because of the price, the photographs and the reviews. Unfortunately, had there been photographs of the exterior of this hotel, I would not have chosen it. It is very old and run down. The room walls had places where the paint was off the walls from where something had been ripped off the walls. Our slider on our balcony didn't even close let alone lock. We were very disappointed but too tired to complain.”

Most best westerns I have been to serve either pancakes or waffles They didn’t. At least not the day we started. It was FINE I ate a muffin and apple and checked out. I’d stay somewhere else just because of the bed. Nothing in mystic is super close to each other. ”

“The hotel is basic and renovation work was ongoing when we stayed at the hotel. The rooms are clean and large. The airco is working and make some noise. The breakfast was 'included' but not available. They offered some coffee at the end.”

“The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was well stocked and nicely presented. The location is excellent: across the street from the aquarium, restaurants and shopping and a short drive from the museum and downtown Mystic. I highly recommend this hotel.”
