“Upon arrival the computer system was down and our booking could not be processed. Not the fault of staff but the problem with the digital age is no back up system like credit card machines in the past, or even taking cash ! We were left with leaving town because every other hotel was booked.”

“This is a very basic, no frills whatsoever, cheap motel. It is very rundown and old, desperately needs renos. My initial room's door did not lock and AC did not work. When I raised it to management, they did give me a free upgrade to a King Bed room that had moderately working AC and a locking door, was a bit cleaner/slightly newer. “Arrived at 2:35 PM and there was no one at the front desk. A person in the lobby said check in is at 3:00 PM. Most hotels allow guests to check in prior to the stated time. There were several people mingling around the entrance with others sitting at a picnic table close by drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana. It definitely wasn't a good look.
