Hotel vicino a Lago Ontario -

“The room was clean. The hallway smelled of stale cigarettes, weed and drugs. I did not know that as of Monday the property would be closed due to multiple code violations and other issues. This morning when trying to check out there was no one at the front desk and I had to reach in and put the key card in a container. Glad it was only one night.there was no shampoo only small bars of hand soap. Not worth the price.”

“There are no chairs in room or sofa to sit on.”

“It's well located near the Thruway and shopping, and reasonably priced for the amenities. The Wi-Fi login was excessively complicated.”

“We did not stay there because the room was disgustingly smelly. Our 7 yr old grandson opened the refrigerator and it was full of moldy food. We immediately left. I talked to the clerk not 10 minutes after we checked in. I told him I wanted a refund and he nodded his head. We were in town for my mother’s graveside service. It made for a hard weekend!”

“In the top 3 all time of the worsest hotel I have ever seen. Horrible. Smell everywhere. Corridors and stairs not clean. Old and decrepit rooms”

“The ads for the motel said that it had been renovated but this was very misleading. The rooms were old, dirty, musty. The bedsheets were stained, as was the bedspread. I chose to sleep on top of the covers because the sheets and the bedspread stains were old. The carpet was dirty, stained and not vacuumed. There were dead bugs on the carpet and in the bathroom. The lock on the door was flimsy and not adequate security. We did not feel safe or comfortable there.”

“never got to stay this hotel was changed to a red roof inn some weeks ago stayed at a different hotel that had rooms the caused a great deal of problems for me and my wife”

“sheets were dirty no towels smelled like cigarette smoke cigarette butts were all over parking lot people in room next to us played loud music and were vocal until 3:00 AM”

“Room was clean and the staff were friendly . Parking ,lots of spaces and easy to find a location close to the room. Just had breakfast. Lots of selection with food served hot. Best place to stay while in Cobourg.”
