“I went there about one am, and no one was there. I ended up spending the night at a motel in the emergency as there was nothing else open.”

“Sack of garbage by the room door. Couch was stained. Parking lot filled with potholes. We cancelled our stay and went elsewhere.”

“Housekeeping was only e dry two weeks. If you wanted clean sheets, towels, wash cloths you had to bring soiled items to front desk and exchange for clean, bring them to your room and install them yourself. The bed was a second hand bed and completely uncomfortable. When I cancelled 5 nights of my 8 night reservation, they wouldn’t refund any money. I have since filed a complaint with my credit card company.”

“The parking lot had potholes so big they needed their own zip code. The staff member I encountered late at night was very pleasant to deal with. Room 6 was a surprise. Not having carpet is a great idea for cleanliness and allergies, but some trim moulding around the sheet vinyl edges would have finished it off nicely. The room was spotlessly clean, but the first light switch did nothing as the bulb must have been burnt out. Two reading lights mounted to the headboard had been smashed and...

“I showed up after reserving and no one was there to take me in for a room so I had to go to another hotel. I want my money back.”

“Our family of four (2 year old; 8 year old) drove 2.5 hours one way to get there and when i got there they told me that they were closed! I then drove 2.5 hours back home. Very dosapointed that they did not have the reservation through expedia. I understand that it was during the province was re-opening for Covid19, but why was the property advertising through expedia? I feel that a complimentary re-invite would be fitting for all the frustration that we went through. I work in hotels and...

“What a cool spot, lots of things to do around the property or just relax by the pool and sauna. This would be a fun spot for couples, great vibe and easy to be romantic, assuming you like to be spoiled and outdoors at the same time.”

“The room was smaller than expected but fortunately we were only staying one night. The room didn’t seem to have enough insulation and it was a cold, windy night when we arrived. The heating system worked great but the bathroom remained cold even with the door left open. It was easy to complete the check-in process and receive our door code. The only suggestions I would make is for more areas in the bathroom for supplies, maybe a small shelf and more drinking cups, only 2 were provided.”
