“La struttura è normale, per passare un paio di giorni va benissimo. La cosa terribile è stata l’esperienza del check-in, personale molto maleducato e non collaborativo anzi! Sembrava lo infastidissimo e addirittura ci ha minacciato di rivendere la camera se non avessimo risolto il problema che avevamo con le nostre carte, con fare minaccioso. Tant’è che stavamo per cancellare la prenotazione. Veramente terribile e irritante. ”

“We were greeted by Allie at the front desk who was super friendly and accommodating. We were very early and our room wasn’t quite ready so we were able to drop our luggage and enjoy the beach and the pool! And the great restaurant on site.
