“Well got there to check in and front desk tells me they have no kitchenette or wheelchair shower. Both was on my reservations on my phone through hotels.com. The desk man says he will get in touch with manager and work out a discount on room. Well today we check out and no discount. I would like them to reimburse me at least 20 dollars per night for 4 nights we stayed. Other than that we had a good time and the people was nice too. I would stay again if I was in the woodlands.
