“I like that there was a mini-fridge and an exercise room. On the other hand, my room was deficient. Neither phone worked and 2 of the 3 bureau drawers were off their tracks. I brought his up to the front desk but they did nothing about it.”

“The casino was huge! Was very clean except the smoking room. I thought it would be cleaner. The air freshener was way too strong, I couldn’t stop sneezing and got a headache. Otherwise the staff was super friendly and helpful!!”

“The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The general manager is awesome and very nice. My room was clean, and maid service was good. However, the onsite food options are minimal. I got in around 1am, and there was no room service or other food options besides minimal vending machine options. Even during the day the food options are not stellar, and mainly are breakfast options. The on-site little store that was near the lobby had a lot of empty shelf space, very limited food and drink...

“Great location in downtown Milwaukee, close to everything we wanted to do. We thought that having Starbucks do the breakfast was great. Will stay again if we go back.”

I kept getting charged to my security deposit card instead of the card I booked with and was told it was a system issue with Expedia (who is a “third party”). “Great location with a friendly easy quick check in. We like to stay and try out different places but I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. When you see the “Hilton” parking garage, that’s where you park. If you’re traveling light/ don’t have large suitcases I would just go into the garage and park. Then head to front desk. It’s clearly marked.”
