“The room was well prepared and ready when we arrived. Breakfast was excellent, the scrambled eggs on toast was much appreciated, as was the accommodation of my coeliac partner.”

“We had a great 3 nights in a lovely spacious room with nice decor & and outdoor area. We walked into the town (15 minutes) each morning for coffee. Our only complaint would be that servicing the room didn’t seem to include any cleaning or making of the bed, just fresh towels if requested. This was despite having a service request sign to hang on the door. It seemed strange to us & compared to other motels we've stayed at.”

“The rooms were very clean and serviced promptly each morning and there was a generous amount of hot beverages. Our grandchildren especially loved the family movie every evening and activities in the room. Staff were great! Appreciated the help getting taxis - again they were prompt, polite and clean. A big thank you to restaurant staff! They work hard”

“Beautiful room in a beautiful location. The room was very luxurious and well equipped, you couldn't ask for any more. The only negative would be if you only offer a King bed have a King mattress not two singles together with a topper covering the join The staff were very helpful and friendly”

“Had everything you need for a one nighter. Parking can be very limited. Reception not clearly sign posted outside. Room was incredibly clean. Bit noisy with someone's children run around in their room close by till 11pm but good room for very short term. No restaurant on-site just a small shop that had noodles and coffee.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and the spacious kitchen and common area were great places to relax. A real bonus for us was the fireplace in the common area, which kept us warm and cozy during the colder temperatures outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was great. We also appreciated that a free shuttle service to Queenstown is offered. We would definitely stay here again!”
