“Oh my goodness. Absolutely lovely place with everything you need. Washer and dryer, TV with Netflix was easy to use. Big bathtub for soaking along with a large shower. Pretty furnishings in line with the Arrowtown antique aesthetic. Simple to find location in walking distance of Arrowtown Main Street. “Fairly large room, no balcony for us, very clean and had the essentials. Had room for a bit more furniture in ours, e.g. could have had a desk or sofa. Parking is fine, just outside the property if there is space. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. ”

“The cottage was roomy and gorgeous. Bed was divine. Kitchenette has basic tools for make a simple meal, although the cafe/bar also offers delicious salads, pizza, and platters. The tasting included in your booking is really wonderful. We enjoyed walking around the vineyards and grounds after everyone left in the evening and seeing the sunset on the hills. We were biking, so it was a convenient starting place to the day.”

“We had damaged our car exterior a bit and the staff was very helpful and even gave us some duct tape to patch things up temporarily. Lovely place and lovely people.”

“Convenient but very limited parking considering we chose this hotel because they had parking. We were going to stay a couple more nights at this hotel the next week and asked them to store our bags until we returned. They would for a per bag per day fee. First time I encountered this in a hotel in NZ. Needless to say, we opted to haul around our extra bags. ”

“We stayed in two different rooms as we added a night last minute. The decor was fun; the bathrooms were exquisite; the space spacious. Breakfast was delightful and tasty. Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. A delightful stay.”

“The first one given to us was dirty, not inspected before being occupied by us because there are still clothes hanging from other guests, socks, lying by the laundry, dust all over the room. I will attach picture as evidence..”
