“I didn't like the fact that there were holes in the bottom of the wall between the bathroom and the bedside cabinet. I was worried that mice or cockroaches might come through! (They didn't). The fan heater in the top of the wardrobe didn't work. However, I discovered the other heater, and the heat pump, so it didn't matter. Maybe a plank of wood could be attached to the bottom of the wall over the holes? And some putty in the holes further up? And the broken heater could be taken out of the...

“Beautiful view, high level finish in all areas. Shower and bathroom were incredible. Beds really comfortable. Top end kitchen. Only complaint would be that the noise from the flat above was not insulated against at all. This disrupted us on a few occasions. ”

“Chalet Queenstown is a real gem. I would rate this B&B an 11 out of 10! Super clean and the beds super comfortable. The rooms have all the necessary amenities (including a view of Lake Wakatipu). The staff is super friendly and the made to order breakfast was AMAZING. The location is excellent. Less than a 15 minute walk to the town center and a couple minute walk to the bus stop. I would definitely stay here again. ”
