“Accogliente e grazioso hotel di design moderno e rustico (!) dotato di ogni comfort. A due passi dal centro e dalla cabinovia. Due note per EXPEDIA: 1. non offrono più afternoon tea, 2. Non dispongono più di biciclette per gli ospiti. Sito di EXPEDIA assolutamente da correggere.”

“Wonderful service. We stored our luggage before our check in time and they put our luggage in the room when we finally checked in. Their regular shuttle to the town center is really convenient. Really spacious suite.”

“Great place to crash while in Queestown, modern facilities and comfortable stay. It's also close to the city center, just a couple of minutes walk. The app did not work very well for the check-in for us - luckily, the girl at the reception was very nice and helped us complete the check-in.”

“Room was cosy and clean, a good size for my needs. Hostel is located near the waterfront, with easy access to pkenty of eating options and activities. Area can get noisy into the late hours due to proximity to bars and restaurants, especially at weekends. Staff were friendly and helpful. ”

“L'hotel e' bello ma decisamente lontano dalla città, 11km. Durante il soggiorno non ci sono state rimess ed le bustine di caffe' e di zucchero in camera.”

“Check-in was easy enough, even though I had checked in on-line but when I got to hotel, their system was facing issues so I ended up checking in in person. Also there were issues with the system because the keys didn’t work after the first time so I had to get them to fix it twice. The room was good, quiet, bed comfortable. Generally the hotel was good but looking a bit tired in parts. The location was perfect for walking to the lake and shops and restaurants. On-site parking was expensive...
