We enjoyed a wonderful getaway and we know you will too! ”

“Unfortunately the Room wasn't cleaned Good at all! Someone's Jacket was hanging in closet, the tub had hairs on the shelf, Toilet had skid mark in back of seat&No washrags!! Very Disappointed This time I stayed seemed farther down the Hall u went the Worse it Seemed Sad with Such A Beautiful View!! Plus the Crane game ripped us of Multiple times! ”

“Very pleased with this hotel . The room was very nice and comfortable. Stayed in the two bedroom suite. Each bedroom having their own bathroom was a huge convenience. The 2 gals at the front desk were very nice and extra helpful. When my UBER app wouldn’t work, I asked for taxi cab phone numbers and started calling and the gal at the front desk came out and she had taken it upon herself & got us a ride with her personal phone. The room was well equipped with everything, the heater and air conditioners were great, overall nice ambiance, hot tub was clean and easy to use. Only thing I felt missing was if there were 2 robes by the tub it’d be 100% otherwise it’s 99.99% perfect! The toiletries were great quality and we added the rest and relax package for and additional $60 which came with 1 hour late checkout and it was absolutely worth it. Loved...

Our window rattled, although my handy husband was able to fix it. The second-level exit door near our room was locked, but there were visible gaps around it, which didn’t feel very secure. “Not a great place for business travelers. The room was good but everything else was a hassle. Code to get in building was wrong. The code to get in the room was wrong. Parking is a hassle as well. While trying to pay for parking on a website that doesn’t work, I got messages saying my car was going to be towed. There are way better places to stay in Duluth that aren’t a hassle. I will say the lady I had to call over and over was very nice.”
