Hotel a Lakesite

“The website states that they have cribs available and they don’t have them. We also had 2 rooms and one of the rooms smelled like smoke and the bathroom smelled like urine. The other room was clean.”

“It was very clean and well kept, all the staff were very nice and informative. Answered our questions and were helpful with local restaurants. Room was clean and had a nice coffee set up! Overall very enjoyable, would definitely stay again.”

“We got there late. The check-in person was great. She was very helpful. We went right to bed. The room was somewhat clean. This hotel was supposed to be remodeled. We asked for a remodeled room. She said they were all remodeled, and I don't know who did the remodel, but it was horrible. Got up to take showers in the morning, found a wad of hair stuck to the shower wall. The covers for the shower head and the water controls were falling off the wall.”

“Staff is great location is safe and convenient. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Only reason I didn't give it five stars on maintenance is because the refrigerator needed to be defrosted so it wasn't working well... but staff was very concerned and wrote notes to make sure maintenance defrosted it once I left”
