“Let me start by saying the facility is nice and clean. Unfortunately the TV was not plugged in (which took a while to figure out) and then the remote didn't work unless it was right up to the set (in other words it wouldn't work from the couch). A call to the emergency number was never returned. We went to watch in the common area and that TVs remote had no battery at all (perhaps another renter needed the batteries which I couldn't obtain in the middle of the night). Worst of all THERE...

“A few steps from Niagara Falls, clean and welcoming hotel. Breakfast "in bed" is not for everyone. I personally prefer not to have time constraints and choose what I want to eat. To review this service. Everything else is perfect”

“Staff were very friendly and easy to find. Rooms were clean and kitchen was fully equipped! I should have been more careful when booking read that parking was $20/night. All in all, a very nice hotel and close to tourist area and transport.”
