“Staff was very courteous ”

“Great comfortable hotel. Pleasantly surprised. Room was clean and in great condition. Hotel is super dog friendly. amenities in room such as coffee maker, dishwasher, good quality soaps were a nice touch. Bed super comfy. Nice to have shower over tub. Black out shades made for a deep sleep. Only complaint was that you can hear into the hallways but other than that would stay here again.”

“Room was clean. Food and drink were good enough. Only minor issue was our room key was deactivated even though it wasn’t past check out time which resulted in a trip to the desk. The woman on duty at that time wasn’t particularly friendly but reactivated our key without issue. The evening staff at check in, servers, and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and attentive. Would stay again if in the area. ”

“A few steps from Niagara Falls, clean and welcoming hotel. Breakfast "in bed" is not for everyone. I personally prefer not to have time constraints and choose what I want to eat. To review this service. Everything else is perfect”
