“Aircon was not working during our stay and we were very hot. They offered fans, but we would have appreciated a heads up as I would have likely cancelled my booking and got my full refund and stayed elsewhere ”

“It’s just a pub with some rooms. Dirty, smelly, cheap furniture and cheap mattress very uncomfortable, worst breakfast ever had, didn’t even offer a glass of orange juice. Staff leave the place in the night and guests are left on their own until the next morning. Horrible experience.”

“Parking was great staff was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We had too change rooms though but it was no hassle at all as they went beyond their selves too help new owners only 1 month alot still too be done but food was exceptional ”

“I wouldn’t really say I’m a fussy person, I can put up with a lot and I’m quite resilient but my ‘stay’ at The Jersey Arms hotel was a very good way to force some impromptu character development and really make me contemplate a lot of my life choices. Being honest the receptionist was a sweetheart and did the best that they could, but the hotel was a different story entirely.
